Ingredients

1-2 tsp of Haskapa berry powder

A bowl of plain natural yoghurt

1-2 tsp honey (optional)

Fresh berries
Directions
Mix the yogurt together with the honey in a jug
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into your serving glass
Add one tsp of Haskapa to your jug. Mix well and pour 1/3 more into your serving glass, to form a light pink middle layer
Add 2 tsp more Haskapa powder to the jug and mix well to form a bright purple top layer, and pour into your serving glass
Add a few fresh berries on top
