Click the Account icon at the top of the Haskapa website and enter the email address you used when placing your order. If you don't already have an account, simply create one using the same email address to access your orders and subscriptions.
How do I create an account after placing an order?
Simply visit the Account section of the Haskapa website and create an account using the same email address you used when placing your order. Your previous orders will then be linked to your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Select Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the instructions in the password reset email.
Why can't I log into my account?

How do I view my orders?
Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your order history, current orders and subscription details from your account dashboard.
How do I track my order from my account?
If tracking is available for your order, you'll find a tracking link within your order details once your order has been dispatched.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account and select your subscription to:
Pause, skip or cancel deliveries.
Change your delivery frequency.
Update your next delivery date.
Swap products.
Add products to your next subscription order.
Update your payment or delivery details.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. You can update your delivery address in your account before your next subscription order is processed.
Can I update my payment details?
Yes. You can securely update your payment method at any time from within your account.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address at any time from your account settings after logging in.
Can I download my invoices or order receipts?
Your order confirmation email acts as your receipt, and you can also view your previous orders when logged into your account.
