It packs a punch! Quite a sharp taste but not intensely so. Blends beautifully with yoghurt or kefir, haven’t yet tried in a smoothie but that would be awesome too. I’m sticking to a teaspoon as I find 2 a bit too intense. Really nice change from more common berry flavours. Recommend.
I can't get enough of this. I was sent a trial pouch and now I use it every month. I was expecting it as first to taste fairly bland, and was just going to use it for the health benefits, but its absolutely delicious - a kind of sweet tart. As a nutritional therapist and human its important to me to intake as many antioxidant rich plants as possible and I had no idea (before reading more) that Haskap berry trumps all other berries in terms of antioxidant potential. Great for inflammation and immunity and internal ageing in general. I add it to a smoothie every day or have used it to make energy balls or added to yogurt.
Love the product. Easy to use, adds a lovely zingy flavour and livens up kefir, smoothies etc. Mixes in easily and just happens to be a gorgeous colour as well!
