As it starts to get a little chilly there's nothing we like better in the morning than some Purple Porridge. It's a wonderful way to get your daily anthocyanin boost.
Purple Porridge is very simple to make;
Prepare your porridge as usual - we love to use almond milk with a fine blend porridge. Allow to cool a little before stirring in two heaped teaspoons of Haskapa Berry Powder. Your porridge will turn a vibrant purple-pink colour. Add your favourite topping such as nuts, fruit and a little honey.
