Very Berry Bircher Bowl

Ingredients

    • 6 tbsp organic oats

    • 4 tbsp hemp seeds

    • 4 tbsp chia seeds

    • 2 tbsp ground linseeds

    • 250ml almond, soy, or coconut milk

    • ⅓ cup frozen raspberries

    • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries or cherries

    • 2 tsp Haskapa berry powder

    • Splash of water

    • 2 tbsp yogurt

    • A handful of extra berries

    • A light dusting of Haskapa powder

    • A sprinkle of low-sugar granola for crunch

    Directions

      1. Divide the Bircher blend ingredients evenly between two containers.

      1. Blend all the berry soak ingredients with a splash of water until smooth.

      1. Pour half over each Bircher blend and stir well.

      1. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Cover and store one portion in the fridge for the next day.
