High protein, high fibre and phytonutrient rich this is a delicious and decadent way to start the day.
Ingredients
-
200g Greek yoghurt or Sojade soya yoghurt
-
4 dsp kefir yoghurt
-
½ cup water
-
2 dsp chia seed
-
2 tsp haskapa berry powder
Toppings (for 2 portions)
-
2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
-
Handful frozen berries
-
2 dsp milled flaxseed
-
2 dsp tahini
-
2 dsp shelled hemp seed
-
2 tsp bee pollen
-
Drizzle of honey (optional)
Directions
Mix the yoghurt, kefir, water, chia seed in a bowl until well combined
Divide between 2 serving bowls and leave to stand for 15 mins to allow the chia seeds to soak and swell.
Stir in the Haskapa Berry Powder and add the toppings. then enjoy!
