You've heard of a Super Green Juice, we like to make a Super Purple Juice, packed full of anthocyanins.
Ingredients
2 (cooked) beetroot
2 apples
2 carrots
1/2 a cucumber
1 lemon
1 inch of ginger root
2 teaspoons of Haskapa
Directions
Juice all fruit/veg, then add two teaspoons of Haskapa haskap berry powder for your Haskapa Super Purple Juice drink.
