A creamy and naturally sweet smoothie that shows off the rich, tangy flavour of Haskapa Juice.

                  Ingredients
- 
              30ml Haskapa Juice 
- 
                1 tbsp oats 
- 
                80g natural yoghurt 
- 
                1 banana, peeled 
- 
                ½ an eating apple, core and pips discarded 
- 
                30ml water or milk 
Directions
- Place the Haskapa Juice, oats, yoghurt and banana into a blender. 
- Cut 3-4 thin slices off the apple and set the slices aside. 
- Roughly chop the remaining apple and add it to the blender along with the water or milk. 
- Blitz until the liquid is smooth and creamy, then pour the smoothie into a tall glass and top with apple slices. 
- The smoothie can be made up to 4 hours in advance, and kept covered in the fridge before being consumed. Alternatively, pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until solid.
