You might have caught this stunning chia pudding on ourInstagram last week - by popular demand, we're sharing the recipe so you can make your own! It makes a brilliant breakfast rich in anthocyanins, omega-3 fatty acids, copper and vitamin B6.
 
                  Ingredients
- 
                2 tsp Haskapa powder 
- 
                4 tbsp chia seeds 
- 
                1 cup almond milk 
- 
                a splash of vanilla extract/powder 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well 
- Leave overnight in the fridge to set
