You might have caught this stunning chia pudding on ourInstagram last week - by popular demand, we're sharing the recipe so you can make your own! It makes a brilliant breakfast rich in anthocyanins, omega-3 fatty acids, copper and vitamin B6.
Ingredients

2 tsp Haskapa powder

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk
-
a splash of vanilla extract/powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well
Leave overnight in the fridge to set
