You might have caught this stunning chia pudding on our Instagram last week - by popular demand, we're sharing the recipe so you can make your own! It makes a brilliant breakfast rich in anthocyanins, omega-3 fatty acids, copper and vitamin B6.
-2 tsp Haskapa powder
-4 tbsp chia seeds
-1 cup almond milk
-a splash of vanilla extract/powder
-Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well
-Leave overnight in the fridge to set
