This decadent 'mylkshake' recipe is every vegan's dream! Created by plantbased/raw food nutritionist Michelina (@wildheartrawkitchen), the base is a rich coconut and vanilla with a deep purple Haskapa jam swirl.
Haskap Jelly Mylkshake
Milkshake, Smoothie, Vegan
1Tbsp Haskapa Berry Powder
1Tbsp Ground Chia
1 Cup Coconut Mylk
1 Tbsp Coconut Butter
1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
1 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel
1/2 Tsp Coconut Stevia
A scrape of decadent Vanilla Bean or a few drops of Vanilla essence.
Mix the ingredients for the jam swirl - using a little water until you reach the desired consistency
Blend the rest of the ingredients for the mylkshake
Swirl the two mixtures together and enjoy with a sprinkle of raw chocolate flakes.
Add a scoop of Coconut Ice cream or yoghurt for an extra-decadent twist!
