Green and purple when mixed do go a little beige. However, this nutrient-dense smoothie combines the fresh, earthy flavours of potent greens with the creamy texture of avocado and the antioxidant benefits of Haskapa Berry Powder. It’s delcious and a powerhouse of vitamins and healthy fats!
Ingredients

1/2 cup (15g) fresh spinach

1/2 cup (15g) kale

1/2 ripe avocado

1-2 teaspoons Haskapa Superfood Berry Powder

1/2 cup (75g) frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup (120g) Greek yoghurt (plain)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk

Maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine spinach, kale, avocado, Haskapa Superfood Berry Powder, pineapple, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, and almond milk.
Blend Smoothly: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more almond milk if needed.
Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy a green/purple power boost that’ll last all morning.
