Anna created this recipe with her local Girls' Rowing Team to provide a healthy breakfast or post-training snack, packed with good fats, fibre, and colourful plant compounds.
The addition of chocolate makes it feel indulgent while delivering a double dose of polyphenols from both the haskap berries and the cocoa. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and support muscle recovery after exercise, making this the ideal treat for active bodies.
Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips on top for a decadent start to the day – perfect for the Easter weekend.
