Perfect as a lazy weekend morning smoothie, or as a post-workout nutrient boost!

This recipe combines our Haskapa berry powder with kefir, date syrup and mango chunks.
 
                  Ingredients
- 
                1 ripe mango, skinned and chopped into chunks 
- 
                200 ml kefir 
- 
              2-3 tsp Haskapa berry powder 
- 
                100 ml milk 
- 
                1 tsp date syrup or honey (optional) 
Directions
- Blend the mango chunks with the milk, date syrup, Haskapa and 150ml of kefir 
- Pour into tall glasses 
- Carefully stir in the remaining kefir to add a smooth swirl 
- Enjoy!
