Haskapa and Kefir Sunrise Smoothie

Perfect as a lazy weekend morning smoothie, or as a post-workout nutrient boost!

This recipe combines our Haskapa berry powder with kefir, date syrup and mango chunks. 

Serves two 


  • 1 ripe mango, skinned and chopped into chunks
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 2-3 tsp Haskapa haskap berry powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp date syrup or honey (optional)


  • Blend the mango chunks with the milk, date syrup, Haskapa and 150ml of kefir
  • Pour into tall glasses
  • Carefully stir in the remaining kefir to add a smooth swirl
  • Enjoy!
