We've recently been enjoying this delicious raw oats, chia seed and haskap berry recipe created by @lelfoodworld
We love how she's added raw oats and chia seeds; oats contain phosphorus, magnesium and iron, and can help to lower cholesterol, whilst chia seeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and antioxidants.
Add a single teaspoon of Haskapa berry powder for your daily dose of anthocyanins. It's hard to imagine a more nutritious and tasty way to begin your day!

Ingredients

1/3 of a cup of raw oats

1/2 a tbsp of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut yoghurt

1 tsp of Haskapa powder

1 tsp manuka honey
-
1/2 a tbsp of almond butter

Desiccated coconut
-
Raspberries and blueberries
Directions
Add the raw oats and chia seeds into a bowl
Stir in the coconut yoghurt
Add the Haskapa powder, manuka honey and almond butter
Stir the mixture well and add more coconut milk if a thinner consistency is desired
Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut, raspberries and blueberries on the top
