We've recently been enjoying this delicious raw oats, chia seed and haskap berry recipe created by @lelfoodworld
We love how she's added raw oats and chia seeds; oats contain phosphorus, magnesium and iron, and can help to lower cholesterol, whilst chia seeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and antioxidants.
Add a single teaspoon of Haskapa berry powder for your daily dose of anthocyanins. It's hard to imagine a more nutritious and tasty way to begin your day!

                  Ingredients
- 
                1/3 of a cup of raw oats 
- 
                1/2 a tbsp of chia seeds 
- 
                1 cup of coconut yoghurt 
- 
              1 tsp of Haskapa powder 
- 
                1 tsp manuka honey 
- 
                1/2 a tbsp of almond butter 
- 
                Desiccated coconut 
- 
                Raspberries and blueberries 
Directions
- Add the raw oats and chia seeds into a bowl 
- Stir in the coconut yoghurt 
- Add the Haskapa powder, manuka honey and almond butter 
- Stir the mixture well and add more coconut milk if a thinner consistency is desired 
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight 
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut, raspberries and blueberries on the top
