We all know the importance of a healthy breakfast - here at Haskapa HQ one of our favourites is overnight oats. This recipe by Nutrition Coach Chelsea Lea (@chelsealeanutrition) is a great starting point - feel free to customize with your favourite fruit, nuts and yoghurt, or heat on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes for some nutritious winter comfort food.

Ingredients

50g oats

5g chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

250ml unsweetened almond milk

1 heaped tsp Haskapa Powder

1 heaped tsp (10g) Almond butter
-
frozen berries to decorate
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together, add the milk & the almond butter and stir until combined.
Pour into to an airtight jar, top with frozen berries & leave overnight to set in the fridge.
