HASKAP AND KEFIR SMOOTHIE
Originating in the Caucasus Mountains between Asia and Europe, Kefir is made through a traditional fermentation process and is considered to be a good source of probiotics and calcium.
At Haskapa we're big fans of adding Kefir to our morning smoothies. The creamy texture and zingy taste add a bit of a 'wake up' vibe to support us in feeling fresh and fully ready for the day.
3 tbsp Natural Organic Kefir
1 ripe banana
A splash of milk
A pinch of Ndali Organic FT Vanilla Powder
2 tsps of Haskapa haskap berry powder
Blend all the ingredients together and serve in a tall glass, with a few fresh mint leaves to decorate.
