We love these beautiful, zesty energy balls created by @noshsnack. With a luscious melt in the mouth texture, they are the perfect, easy to make, healthy, homemade vegan snack.
 
                  Ingredients
- 
                100g oats 
- 
                50g toasted coconut flakes 
- 
                50g almonds 
- 
                100g cashew butter 
- 
                100g soaked dates (pitted) 
- 
                20g freeze dried raspberries 
- 
                1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
              Haskapa berry powder for dusting 
Directions
- Whizz the oats, toasted coconut flakes and almonds until they have a flour-like texture 
- Add the cashew butter, soaked dates, raspberries and vanilla extract and pulse until blended 
- Roll into balls, refrigerate for 20 mins 
- Dust with Haskapa berry powder 
- Enjoy!
