'Berries ‘n’ cream' haskap energy balls

We love these beautiful, zesty energy balls created by @noshsnack. With a luscious melt in the mouth texture, they are the perfect, easy to make, healthy, homemade vegan snack.

Makes approx 25


  • 100g oats
  • 50g toasted coconut flakes
  • 50g almonds
  • 100g cashew butter
  • 100g soaked dates (pitted)
  • 20g freeze dried raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Haskapa berry powder for dusting


  1. Whizz the oats, toasted coconut flakes and almonds until they have a flour-like texture
  2. Add the cashew butter, soaked dates, raspberries and vanilla extract and pulse until blended
  3. Roll into balls, refrigerate for 20 mins
  4. Dust with Haskapa berry powder
  5. Enjoy!
