We love these beautiful, zesty energy balls created by @noshsnack. With a luscious melt in the mouth texture, they are the perfect, easy to make, healthy, homemade vegan snack.
Ingredients

100g oats
-
50g toasted coconut flakes

50g almonds
-
100g cashew butter
-
100g soaked dates (pitted)

20g freeze dried raspberries

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Haskapa berry powder for dusting
Directions
Whizz the oats, toasted coconut flakes and almonds until they have a flour-like texture
Add the cashew butter, soaked dates, raspberries and vanilla extract and pulse until blended
Roll into balls, refrigerate for 20 mins
Dust with Haskapa berry powder
