Purple, light and refreshing, this smoothie is the perfect complement to a breezy summer's afternoon, or try as an early evening pick-me-up, vitamin boosting mocktail. The flavours of pear, raspberry and haskap blend beautifully together. A great way to share fresh fruit and anthocyanin packed haskap berries with the whole family.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 large, ripe pears
- 120g frozen raspberries
- 4 tsp Haskapa haskap berry powder
- 200ml cold water
- Maple syrup (to taste)
Method:
- Peel and chop the pears, removing the core
- Blend with the raspberries, haskap powder, water and maple syrup
- Pour into tall serving glasses
- Enjoy!
