Haskap, pear and raspberry smoothie

Purple, light and refreshing, this smoothie is the perfect complement to a breezy summer's afternoon, or try as an early evening pick-me-up, vitamin boosting mocktail. The flavours of pear, raspberry and haskap blend beautifully together. A great way to share fresh fruit and anthocyanin packed haskap berries with the whole family.

Serves 2


  • 2 large, ripe pears 
  • 120g frozen raspberries
  • 4 tsp Haskapa haskap berry powder
  • 200ml cold water
  • Maple syrup (to taste)


  • Peel and chop the pears, removing the core
  • Blend with the raspberries, haskap powder, water and maple syrup 
  • Pour into tall serving glasses
  • Enjoy!
