HASKAP BRAZIL NUT BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

This smoothie recipe uses homemade Brazil nut milk. Brazil nuts are energy-dense, highly nutritious, and one of the most concentrated dietary sources of the mineral selenium. Blend with anthocyanin-rich Haskapa and you have a mighty combination!
1/2 banana - fresh or frozen
1 cup of blueberries - fresh or frozen
2 heaped tbsp of pea or hemp plain protein powder
2 heaped tsp of Haskapa powder
1 tsp of powdered greens
250ml homemade Brazil nut milk (or another unsweetened milk of your choice)
Blend together ingredients
Add water to taste (depending on how thick you like your smoothies) and enjoy!
