This smoothie recipe uses homemade Brazil nut milk. Brazil nuts are energy-dense, highly nutritious, and one of the most concentrated dietary sources of the mineral selenium. Blend with anthocyanin-rich Haskapa and you have a mighty combination!

-1 cup of blueberries - fresh or frozen
-2 heaped tbsp of pea or hemp plain protein powder
-2 heaped tsp of Haskapa powder
-1 tsp of powdered greens
-250ml homemade Brazil nut milk (or another unsweetened milk of your choice)
-Blend together ingredients
-Add water to taste (depending on how thick you like your smoothies) and enjoy!
