Our latest recipe comes from nutritional therapist Nicola Shubrook (@urbanwellnessuk) - with over 10 years of experience, she's a regular columnist for BBC Good Food, where she shares her expert knowledge on the relationship between food and mental/physical health.
This smoothie recipe uses homemade Brazil nut milk. Brazil nuts are energy-dense, highly nutritious, and one of the most concentrated dietary sources of the mineral selenium. Blend with anthocyanin-rich Haskapa and you have a mighty combination!
