Mocktails can be just as exciting as cocktails if they hit all the right notes: bold flavours, the perfect temperature, ideal volume, and satisfying texture. These critical elements make any drink shine - but mocktails have the added benefit of leaving you refreshed and clear-headed the next day!
Ingredients
¼ cup fresh raspberries
1 x tsp maple syrup
1 x fresh orange – juiced
30ml Haskap Berry and Fiery Ginger Juice
Sprig of rosemary
Sparkling or soda water
Splash of Citizen Spritz Bitter Orange – optional
Directions
Muddle and mash the raspberries in a jug with the maple syrup
Add the fresh orange juice, Haskapa Berry and Ginger Juice – mix well using the rosemary sprig
Put a few cubes of ice into your favourite tumbler and carefully strain the blend into the glass, leaving the raspberry pieces in the strainer
Top up with sparkling water (although you don’t want it too watery!)
Stir again with the rosemary and garnish with a slice of orange – dried orange looks great if you have it

Splash of Citizen Spritz Bitter Orange:
If you want to add an extra element and like a sour cocktail, pop in a splash of Citizen Spritz at the end and give it another quick stir before serving.
