                  Ingredients
- 
                Bread of choice 2- 3 slices 
- 
                1 tbsp per slice of peanut butter 
- 
                3 pears peeled and diced 
- 
                1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 
                1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 
- 
                30 ml water 
- 
                4 tbsp yoghurt (dairy or plant-based) 
- 
              2 tsp Haskapa berry powder 
Directions
- Firstly, peel, and dice the pears and add to a small pan with the cinnamon, maple and water.Simmer for approx 5 minutes on a medium heat until the pears have softened.

- Toast your bread. 
- In a bowl, swirl berry powder into the yogurt and mix to combine. 
- Spread peanut butter over the toast, top with the warm pear and dollops of the berry yoghurt.
