Smoothie bowls are a delicious way to start the day, and one of the most popular choices when it comes to getting your daily Haskapa boost.
This example was created by food and lifestyle blogger @linder_surprise - its super simple and easy to create your own at home!
-2 large frozen bananas
-1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
-1tsp Haskapa berry powder
for the Peanut Butter Cream:
-1tsp peanut butter
-1tsp milk (or non-dairy alternative)
-Blend the bananas, milk and Haskapa until smooth
-Mix the peanut butter + 1tsp milk to make the peanut butter cream
-Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings (the example in the picture uses fresh fruit and oats) and drizzle the peanut butter cream on top to serve
