                  Ingredients
- 
              30ml Haskapa Juice 
- 
                150ml coconut milk 
- 
                4 tbsp oats 
- 
                50g frozen mixed berries 
- 
                1 tsp honey, or agave syrup 
- 
                Toasted coconut flakes and barley flakes, to serve

Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. 
- Pour into a tall glass and top with coconut and barley flakes, if using. 
- This smoothie can be made up to 4 hours in advance, and kept covered in the fridge before being consumed.
