Debra Kiez whipped up this gorgeous 'nice' cream for us! This easy recipe can be made vegan by using non-dairy cream.

                  Ingredients
- 
                1 cup whipping cream (dairy or non-dairy) 
- 
                3/4 cup coconut milk 
- 
                1 cup peeled and seeded tropical fresh fruit (or fresh frozen, then thawed) such as guava, papaya, mango, and/or figs 
- 
              2 tsp Haskapa berry powder 
- 
                1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
                Sugar, date honey (silan) or honey to taste 
Directions
- In a large glass bowl, add vanilla to whipping cream and beat with electric mixer, until soft peaks. 
- In a blender, add fruit, sweetener of choice and coconut milk, with Haskapa powder. Blend until smooth. Pour contents into large bowl and gently swirl to mix. 
- Mixture should be poured into a rectangular shallow dish (plastic or glass) and covered. 
- Place in freezer for minimum 6 hours before serving.
