Haskapa Chutney Baked Brie



A delicious appetizer, an extremely easy to put together festive treat. The gooey brie is perfect for dipping and pairs perfectly with the sweet-spice of Haskapa Chutney.

  • 1 wheel brie
  • 4 tablespoons Haskapa Chutney
  • 10 Melba crackers
  • 1 Holly Leaves (For Garnish)


Preheat the oven for 350 F. Place the brie in a serving baking dish and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. Arrange melbas on the sides in a flowery pattern. Place a dollop full of Haskapa Chutney in the centre over the brie. Garnish with holly leaf and serve it as it is. Enjoy.
